        I picked up my daughters comforter after dropping it off yesterday. First and foremost theres a sign that says $11.99 for comforters/spreads. The man proceeded to write $19.99 on my ticket and then when I asked why it wasnt $11.99 he just said no. That shouldve been my que to leave right away. But my daughter needed her comforter clean. So I came back today and picked it up. Once I got it home, I could see hair and stains on it that were not there before. Never in my life will I pay $20 for someone to rip me off. Please see the pictures so you can judge for yourself.
