Very attitudish messed up my order than gave me anything to make up for it the replacement chicken looks disgusting plus no one speaks english

I was in Detroit to visit family for a funeral. I ordered from here to feed a large group. Here's my issue: #1 had a large order, so I ordered online. Got there about thirty minutes later and still had to wait for them to drop chicken along with two other customers. #2 very rude!!! Before I even started dealing with the lady, I saw how rude she was to other customers. #3 finally got my order and only got half of my food. Pointed it out and still didn't receive all of the food. I had to literally take all of the food from the bag to show them that they were still missing items. The cashier instantly got an attitude and started saying something in another language. To which I told her a piece of my mind. Of course I won't be going back when I visit. But, to my black Detroit family, why do you keep patronizing this business when it's clear they care absolutely nothing about you as people. They want your money but to give you absolutely no respect. Stop going here. Detroit has too many good restaurants for the place to constantly get business.
