Gast Monuments

Gast is a disgrace as a business. Ordered a headstone from Gast over a year and a half ago with no delivery to date. In addition, Gast is no longer corresponding to emails or phone calls nor staffing their business locations. Most unprofessional and unreliable business. After paid in full in 2021 the grave monument was not delivered until this day. They even refuse to answer the phone and when someone answer the information that is given about the monument is that the stone was not received , but according with other staff the track carrying the stone left in July 2022. Is 2023 and that track never arrived. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY.

This is the most cruel and heartless organization that I had the displeasure to deal with. Numerous emails, messages, phone calls, even conversations with people that carry same last name - still Katie Gast and Nick Gast refuse to produce a refund for work they promised and haven't delivered since 2020. A widow with 2 young children has to sit for 2 years and contemplate how to get a headstone for her deceased husband, years after his passing, while dealing with people that have no shame or any regard for human grief. A headstone was promised, deposit was paid in 2020. NOTHING was delivered, communicated, refunded or otherwise resolved. Various ways the company was contacted - secretary, Nick, Katie.... Messages written, emails answered, acknowledged, promised to refund the money NEXT DAY!!!! Still nothing. Any communication is not ever resolved and the complacency is unbelievable. Katie, I hope you don't ever have to deal with what Anna (your client) was dealt. However, your complete disregard and lack of empathy is baffling and, frankly, it is adding to stress this family has to bear. It was a huge mistake to trust this organization with making a monument. I hope people that are looking for a gravestone for their deceased loved ones will skip this company because they are not in business to make these hard times easier for grieving families. They are here to rip them off and then disregard any communications. Shame on all of you, Gast family!!! Worst example how to conduct your life.

Unresponsive/Unprofessional Business. 4 attempts to bring my business here but they never answers phone calls or returns calls, Never responded to my quote inquiry through the website either. I stopped by last Saturday during the operating hours (according to google) and the business was closed.
