Great job all together. Wes did exactly what he promises he will. Our installer Brendan was excellent, very detail oriented, great pleasure to deal with. It was clear from the get go he knew what he was doing and rightfully took pride with his craftsmanship. Highly recommending this company for shutters.

DANGER DANGER! I hope that a potential customer of this business reads this review before hiring this company for your home. I recently purchased a new construction home and purchased shutters from this company based on a referral from an interior designer. This company is completely unreliable. James "Wes" Mclaughlin is the owner. There is very little communication after the 50% is paid. He promised to put temporary blinds due to the 10-12 week wait time. When I called and texted him to install the temporary blinds, he replied once to call him again the next week. I called the following week and no reply to numerous calls and texts. I finally paid for the temporary blinds on my own. I contacted him again after 9 weeks. No reply until I notified the interior designer that referred me to this company. He said everything is on track. I contacted him after 12 weeks, NO REPLY. This review is written after 13 weeks and NO REPLY. PLEASE AVOID MY MISFORTUNE. Look somewhere else. Choose a company that has been around for decades and has a physical store. This person is nothing more than a CON man. Remember the name JAMES "WES" MCLAUGHLIN because he can simply close the Sunrise corporation and start a new company to hide his past.
