The recruiter I worked with had clearly actually read my LinkedIn profile before contacting me with a job prospect. He also took the time to chat with me about my current and long-term goals to further confirm that what he had would be a good fit and so I could be properly pitched to a client (once I gave the go-ahead). Smooth process, excellent communication, and super knowledgeable and friendly people. Would definitely recommend working with Paragon!
