Mr. Gonzalez, we apologize for your wait and that is why we have a policy regarding appointments. We have a large number of our own trucks and customer trucks and others as well we need to accomodate and other needs in the warehouse. We will look into our workload from yesterday as in general we will unload early if able, but also the shipper should have clearly let you know of our appointment requirement. If possible please call Dave at 800-831-0862, and you can let me know whose load it was so we can address directly with the shipper as well. Thank you and we apologize again that we couldnt' unload prior to the appointment time.***additonal note is we showed you had an 8a appointment and showed up after that time so they did still unload you as you needed to be somewhere quickly.
