        I called to reserve a spot for the next night and was told I couldnt reserve a spot over the phone and had to create an account online and register my reservation for when I wanted to skate. I created the account and tried to register. Its really not worth the hassle, I decided not to complete the reservation. Its really not a surprise that that City of Des Moines has problems running this facility. How inconvenient do you have to make something. Very disappointed.
