        Called several times for a quote. I am told by person on the phone that they can't do quotes. But no one ever returns a call.. moving on to a real pool company.

        called today to ask if they came out to Carlisle. She said she wasn't sure when have to take a message. I said okay that's good and then shared that I just need a one-time cleaning and not regular service because I was thinking perhaps that would give me better odds. She then proceeded to kind of tell me I should call around to find other companies but they're really busy and everyone's really busy and then did not want to take a message anymore. How did she go from not knowing if it come out to me to then refusing to take a message?
