        If you are contracted with them, look for another option ASAP. If you are not contracted with them, count yourself as lucky and never even consider it. I had used them for several years. I sold my place last Nov. I notified them that the transaction would go through on this date and I wanted my service terminated. I gave them the real estate agents contact information. Waste Connection will not terminate my service. They have been forcing me to pay over $200 a month because the new owner has never contacted them. Never use this company. Absolutely no good.
