We worked with the Kacala Team, Jeanine and Christopher and wow! They truly made you feel like you were family and the only client they had. They would drop anything at any time to chat, to look at houses, to put together signings etc.
Jeanine stayed up numerous nights as late as she had to to ensure we put a bid on the house we wanted. They are kind, understanding and thorough. As a first time home owner I was petrified but they made the process so simple!

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this one has to be said. If you want a realty agent who protects you as the seller then do NOT use HUNT. Our realtor was friends with the buyers realtor and protected them the whole way through. After making a complaint, Her boss said she would take over but that never happened. Our Realtor lied to us on multiple occasions, didn’t follow up and didn’t do her job. Very unprofessional and would bad mouth other realtors, agents and clients to us. That should have been a sign to not hire her. If you choose them make sure you document everything like I’m glad we did, you will need it later trust me. Will never use them again and I should have listened to the others people we met that said the same about her and warned us not to trust her. I plan on updating this review and releasing her name after everything is finalized especially if things continue to go in the the direction they have.
Ok our rent back period ends tomorrow and not one peep from Hunt. We deserve representation at our walk through, no idea who to leave the key with and the buyers should not be moving in or taking occupancy until it’s completed. I shouldn’t have to do the realtors job with follow up- AGAIN!! Yes Jeanine is the worst realtor. I wouldn’t recommend her to ANYONE. And I would never use Hunt again.
