What a Nightmare!! I am an out of town purchaser who paid cash for a 2017 Macan. All went well up to getting the paperwork and title. I tried time and time again to contact them but they fail to answer their phones. I finally got an email response back from Joe Whiton who informed me that the office manager had not received the title but expected it any day. Another week goes by without title of call. I am going through my mail tonight and noticed a letter from an attorney. It appears Lake Norman purchased the vehicle, received a bill of sale and proceeded to let the check bounce. Now Lake Norman has my money, I gave a vehicle without a title and the previous owner has a bounced check. I hope the Beam’s get adjacent jail cells to watch each other’s backs.

Best experience I've ever had buying a car (even more so because I wasn't in the immediate market to buy)! Incredibly fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Very trustworthy and I'd recommend them to everyone looking for a high quality car at a fair price.

I bought my M3 from these guys about 2 years ago and they are great to work with. They got me an excellent loan and are very easy to work with. And I actually sold my car that I bought from them and they gladly helped me with a few things that we went through whenever I sold my car. I'll definitely be doing business here again.
