I am so pleased to have found this company. There are many places to go to for handicapped supplies and you never know how things will go. My sister is a paraplegic with cerebral palsy. She's on Medicaid and Medicare. Lynn knew just how to process the new wheelchair, she always responded to my phone calls. Dave spent 4 hours fitting her to the new chair. They made this so easy. One thing I especially liked was that Dave talked to my sister, worked with her and made her feel important. He didn't ignore her & just talk to me. This company is the best in my opinion, because probably anyone can get the job done, but these guys care about the customer.
Danny came later to make necessary adjustments. He was careful to make sure she was comfortable in the new chair. He adjusted the air cushion she sits on and it made a big difference. He adjusted the feet, since one had to be higher than the other and fitted her tray. It took creativity and patience and he did a great job.
