Shady shady shady. It's the old school tricks everyone talks about. The sales manager was extreme rude from the very start. I mean from when I pulled into the lot. Then they kept us there for 3 hours and once we finally got to the finance portion the numbers were again different and tried to add years on to the loan. I finally walked out. The sales manager again stopped me to try and tell me I didn't know what I was looking at. When all I wanted from the beginning was to know the price of the truck. I still do not really know the asking price. Don't get swindled or sucked in.

I recently found myself searching for a new/used car after a car accident. While I was referred to this dealership by a friend, I was NOT excited about going there until I spoke to the owner - Jeff. He was very friendly and immediately put me at ease. Once I arrived, he partnered me with Bernard - who was awesome! Bernard took his time and I never felt pressured to buy a car. Once I made my decision, it was time for financing with Otis - seamless and painless. The entire experience was great!
Ladies, if your looking for a "no pressure sales experience" this is the place! I highly recommend this dealership.

I have known Johnny V. since I was a little girl and my mom has always purchased cars through him. When it was time for me to get a new car and I found Johnny at Denver Suzuki, I was very pleased. He got not only me a great deal on my 2012 Grand Vitara, but also my mom a good deal on a used car! We are both extremely satisfied and will continue to do business with not only Johnny but the whole Denver Suzuki team for many years to come! They really took care of us!
