Fantastic and trustworthy local business! They were able to get me in quickly for an estimate (dropped off in the morning with plan to pick up at the end of the day). I was expecting it to be a pretty significant (and expensive) repair, but they ended up finding a minor issue that they fixed that day (and for a reasonable price). I really appreciate when car repair places dont recommend things you dont need and take time to explain things to you. Im definitely planning to go back for my next service!

Unfortunately I got a DUI and have a blow box on my car. Since then I have completely quit drinking, have paid my dues, and have a blow box on my car with several interchangeable mouth pieces for mechanics to use. I spoke to Laura on the phone who made me feel rejected and worse about my situation saying "nobody would want to work on your car if they had to use the blow box, would you?". I get it. I made a mistake. But all I wanted was a vehicle repair, not a moral degradation lesson. She said she would ask the owner, but I instead have found several other mechanics more than happy to work with me and my vehicle who also have worked around the blow boxes. Plus I didn't get the guilt trip. Laura, no thank you.
