Hey Jackson, we have two owners here, one is Dave (pricing records at the used store) and one is Pete (running around between the three stores), and I hope you weren't getting rude treatment from one of us! We and our staff are typically pretty friendly, though misunderstandings can occur. As to warped records, I would love to see these in person and try them on our player. There is a fairly regular occurrence we see when people play records on old Crosleys, Victrolas, or even fancier turntables where there is not enough weight on the needle to play post-90s music (the recording levels changed in the CD era). It would be unprecedented at our shop if we had 7 different records all warped. We carefully inspect all used records and while new pressings are far from perfect (ask anyone who is in the manufacturing game) usually the flaws are small and don't effect record play. In any case, come talk to one of the owners and we'll work with you to sort it out!
