Nick communicates well, is on time, works hard and has excellent customer service skills.  He does what he says he's going to do and does it well. I highly recommend him for your hauling and cleaning needs.

Nick replied to my Yelp request looking for house cleaning services with short notice. He came on Thanksgiving morning to complete the task. I had professional photos taken the following day and he did a great job. He was responsive and reliable. Would recommend

Nick had a scheduled, weekday appointment he called to confirm with me 2 days before. He never showed up, didn't call or text despite me calling/texting him in excess of a dozen times during the week. He did, however, show up for a 2nd appt. the following weekend (for a different scope-of-work). He called to say he was on-site to clean the carpets. He didn't address the NO SHOW 5 days prior. Obviously, I asked him about it. He said his schedule was "overwhelmed." Not once did he apologize or offer an explanation of why he did not communicate with me. I told him he was not welcome at my property and asked him to leave. I will not use Aardvark.
