Anchor paint used to have better customer service then than what they have now, Terrible customer service at this moment !!! I bought 20 gallons of paint in 2018 Loved the product and price of the paint !!! A year later went back to buy 1 more gallon of the same color I picked it up was still perfect the same color, but in 2021 I went back to get one more gallon of course after two years you do have some touchups here in there so the Last Gallon that I got it was just not matching at all so I called them to find out why it wasnt matching paint because we did save the formula!!! its just not fair the way they just told me that something even after 2 weeks paint has the chance to not match even went you have saved the same formula what???? That doesnt make sense at all, and well at the end I was kind of kicked out of the store because they told me that they werent available to do a color match this is just not fair I do run a business and I do care about my customers!!!? just a void anchor paint you dont want to risk yourself painting the entire inside of your house in a year later you not available to do any touchups because you do not have a formula, went to Sherwin-Williams to do a color match and the color came out perfect just if you dont want to waste your time go to Sherwing Williams that easy..

Top notch customer service and the best paint around. I've been using this paint for 15 years (put myself through college painting houses in the summer) and my family has used it for 30 plus years. The flexi coat will out last Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and definitely Behr. I returned to one house I painted 13 years ago and there was hardly one chip, flake or crack. I will never use a different paint. There's a reason this small company is still around.
