7 months and I still havent received my title release to be able to drive my car. Sitting in my garage as a giant paper weight. These people are deceiving. Ive called them many many times and my bank has recorded of them calling too and nothing now my APR has gone up with my loan.

Great service but Unfortunately the salesman lied about a vehicle I purchase from them, they advertise the vehicle as all wheel drive it even had a all-wheel-drive sticker on the windshield and said fully loaded however, come winter we find out at discount tire when we purchase tires that its real drive, its unfortunate, but more upsetting that we were lied to. I even have a picture of the vehicle with the all-wheel-drive sticker from the dealership that I took the day of purchase.

The rating attributed to United Automotive, LLC by several reviewers does not align with the service quality experienced. I would be cautious believing these reviews since they tell anyone (including non buyers) to write a 5 star review to be entered into a raffle before even purchasing a vehicle and even if you don't purchase anything at all, which dilutes the real reviews. The reviews are not all authentic as they may be solicited prematurely, potentially influencing prospective customers prior to any transactional engagement. The vehicle we purchased is a lemon has a lot of mechanical issues and now we are stuck with an over priced loan and bad truck. When consulting with their manager he deflects responsibility and tells you to have an attorney contact theirs, this tells u all you need to know. Also would like to note that my name is not Maria and my father has never purchased a vehicle from this business's, clearly the "owner" or "Manager has no idea who he is speaking too in his response he must have so many bad dealing he gets them confused. I can also say that they absolutely bribe people into giving good reviews by saying they will be entered in a raffle regardless of purchase. Anyone who has came here knows this it true. so its proof how dishonest they are that he has commented denying this . Also would like for the owner who is commenting to compare the date and time of the review to when or IF a vehicle is purchase l. You will see that reviews are made prior to purchase if there were even any purchases made at all. Again they bribe u for your reveiw and multiple customer can attest to this.
