This is by far the worst bank ever.. if you sign up for an account they will make every single thing you do a huge waste of your time.. so unprofessional and rude its shocking they are still in business. So angry I dont have words for the poor customer service I have received.

This branch is in desperate need of a revamp. The staff here is lazy and unprofessional. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple withdrawal finally when someone walked over to asks what I needed she directed me to the ATM. Well obviously I attempted that but it was not turned on, so I proceeded to wait even longer for the ATM to turn on. Mind you this was mid day. Avoid this branch at all cost. I was in a hurry and this was a huge inconvenience, this branch is located near my job and I will not be making this mistake again!
