This morning, I spoke with Carol at ACCU Inc. There had been a mix up with my auto draft during the transition to this new management company and some fees had been added to my account. Carol immediately remedied the situation, reversed the fees and corrected the auto draft so that all would be processed smoothly moving forward. Not only was she super friendly but she was efficient and knowledgeable and sent me a follow up email, summarizing, immediately our phone call. ACCU is lucky to have Carol and because of her professionalism, should I need assistance again, I look very forward to my next interaction with her. Thank you Carol and ACCU!
