        Could not recommend this dealership less!! We purchased a brand new GLC 2024 that had a check engine light come on at day 10 then had to be towed to service day 14. Problems happen and we were patient with them for 10 WEEKS!! Then we found out we were being blatantly lied to. Our service advisor Destiny told me my car was ready then stopped answering my calls. The service manager Nathan reached out to say he thought my car was ready despite their being a recall 2 WEEKS before they never even mentioned. We only found out because they needed my loaner car back yet they couldnt give me my fixed car. Shady business people. Dont walk, RUN to a different dealership.

        Mark was awesome to work with. He made buying a vehicle easy and fun. He went out of his way to treat us like treasured customers, which is difficult to find these days. He appreciated our business and repeatedly earned it all throughout the process. We had left Mercedes years ago after being very unimpressed with the service and customer service here but so far, we are really happy to be back. My son and husband love the suv we bought and Mark has invited me to come back with any questions I might have as ai figure out all the new bells and whistles. Thank you!

        Staff was not pushy. The car that I wanted to see was not there anymore. They dropped the price down on another vehicle to get it closer in price saving me a considerable amount.
