        If I could do 1/2 star it would be to much. Lived here 5 years in a rental. The past 3 years it has gone down hill. No Management, maintenance, grounds unkept, strangers, solicitors everywhere, no security. No one ever answers the phone or return messages. Never can get a work order done takes days to weeks and when they do it is below average work & usually has to be done again. No one to call for after hour emergency. Big Rent increases every year. *** TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT MOVE HERE ***
