        First the Dr lied and said I wanted Xanax. And he was very rude and condescending. I wasn't offered anything. I got my inhaler but even it is not the one I normally use. I know this is because black women will never receive the same level of care. I'm proud of who I am. It shouldn't make a difference. I was denied proper care and I have to continue to suffer in silence. Unacceptable.

        Sad to say, but I really feel like nothing but a medical record number. Were going to the doctor at the facility used to be something Id brag about but now its something I wont talk about. Kaiser is definitely not what it used to be for patients.

        Best was everyone's friendliness but efficiency was also excellent. Lab results were very quick! Thank you! Dr. Allen's thoroughness was also terrific. All in all, a great visit.

        Impossible to get appointments with my care provider. The online scheduling center gives me a different random provider every time.
