Fire Safety Services Inc

I am a restaurant owner and called this company for inspecting and certifying the fire extinguisher for the hood. I was informed that they needed to order parts and they will get it fixed and certified. Never heard from them for about two and a half years. Recently, I got a call from a collection agency to collect for something they have not finished. This company is the worst, I DO NOT recommend even calling this place. You will waste your money. RESTAURANT OWNERS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL END UP CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE WORK THIS COMPANY DOESNT FINISH.

Terrible customer service, kid with the glasses and oldtimey hat was snarky and unprofessional. Dont waste your time with these people.

Horrible service. I've been leaving voicemail requesting my business have our fire extinguishers & fir suppression systems be serviced. Still haven't received a call back. I've used this company for the last 5+ years but their service has progressively been getting worse. Don't waste your time with Fire saftey services or Marmic Saftey services.... whatever their new name is....

After calling to verify I can drop off 10 fire extinguishers to get recharged, and the lady mentioned it would take a few days to complete, I drove across the city to drop off the fire extinguishers. The man who came to the door/garage told me they can get them done in a few weeks! I repeated, did you say weeks? Yep. Unfortunately Im taking them elsewhere. Just lost business and future business.
