        Good customer service and nice people but these guys are clearly too busy to take care of the volume of customers they get from ElectroFreeze. They have forgotten to show up for appointments, they frequently dont answer the phone, the voicemail is sometimes full, they dont always return calls, they have forgotten to order parts. Normally I wouldnt keep trying to do business with a company like this, but with ElectoFreeze we have no choice.
