The FSR Colorado department is not helpful my representative was rude and has no knowledge of customer service. I called to get payment record that was inaccurate she replied not our problem unbelievable I wish to talk to your supervisor they will call you back another govt agency that doesn't help

I turned in an already established court order in March of 2023. It has not been entered in the system yet. Have not received child support for older sibling in two years. The office staff has accomplished nothing.

Why do you need to schedule your drafts 2 days ahead of pay a huge fee? Not only happy to be done with payments soon, but also this stupid payment service !

Awful. Trying to get answers from anyone is impossible. They are very sloppy with handling cases. Wish this place would care just a little bit about people. It would make a difference.
