Beware of Tyler Herzog he will get you to sign a contract and then he will refuse payment at the end knowing it's a government job and almost impossible to file a lien against the project on Denver county property. Also he will push you to finish then turn into a ghost when it's time to pay then offer half of what your owed then when you refuse the offer they will fabricate reasons why they won't pay . Chase also works for down-to-earth compliance he knows nothing about construction screwed up our project multiple times making us redo different parts of our project because he had no knowledge of how the installation process should go. This company is a scam and if you are a contractor bidding their projects good luck on getting your final payment.

I was at a place of business in Colorado Springs when this truck blocked the driveway, full of workers, thinking they were all very funny. Unprovoked. The gentleman wearing neon inside the truck laughed and said that the truck was stuck, although its a 10,000 pound F450 facing downhill. Very funny. It was icy, and maneuvering my brand new truck scraping curbs was not my idea of a good time. I will never hire this company, nor would I recommend them to anybody looking for professionalism on their projects.
