I am so lucky and grateful that Sarah Reardon reached out to me through one of the online job platforms. Sarah was very professional, friendly and down-to-earth. She listened to what I was looking for and found a position for me that checked all the boxes and more! Things are moving forward with the new job quickly and the process was seamless and very easy. I have worked with several other recruiters over the years and never was able to land a job through them. I would definitely work with Sarah again and would recommend her and CFS to anyone who is looking for their next job opportunity.

I enjoyed working with Brian at CFS! He was very professional and made sure I was well prepared for every interview. He also handled all the back and forth during the negotiation process making it a very stress free experience but not compromising. From our initial screening interview he took the time to understand my reasoning for looking at other opportunities and suggested companies that were a great fit for my next role. Fast forward a little over a month and I landed my new job at a company that is a much better fit for me. I am very happy to have found Brian at this time in my career as I likely would have not found this opportunity otherwise. Would recommend to anyone in the job market.
