dont be fooled, there is no pool. hasnt been open for the 2 summers that ive lived here.

Do not get a place here! They dont care about the residents here. I had 8 different apartments because they would match me with people who were violent, drunk all the time, or using heavy drugs. Each and every time they moved me they had to wave the transfer fee. Secondly, the pool hasnt worked in over a year and a half. The equipment in the gym is mostly broken. And then they wanted to raise rent 50%. This is not an exaggeration. They wanted to raise my rent from 800 to 1200. This is because they did renovations in the room. Mind you these renovations consisted of repainting and adding flooring. They added a new refrigerator that had automatic ice maker but forgot to add a water line to access it. The drawers wouldnt open or close properly. This is what they called a renovation. Additionally, I told them I was moving out in March and had 3 months to find someone to take over my lease and refused to. Lastly they went bankrupt, twice. If I were you, I would stay away from this place.

I have had a FANTASTIC experience with phenomenal service from ASL over the past week when dealing with them. I have never lived here, so take what you want from this review, but I did want to give a public shoutout to the folks at ASL - specifically Ethan & Crystal - who showed exemplary customer service and made me feel like I was their #1 priority. Sure, sure, we were communicating about a potential lease there for our son, so it could be assumed that they had their best face on to get us through the door. We encountered a couple real hiccups that required Crystal to do quite a bit of extra legwork and she was reliable, accountable and friendly all the way through. We had some very special requests too, and she was accomodating and resilient. In the end, we didn't end up signing there, because my son had found a roommate who had already signed elsewhere. My son's most important variable, understandably, is his preferred roommate. However, I cannot say enough about how helpful, genrous and compassionate Cryastal & Ethan were. As they say, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression and ASL made a wonderful first impression on me. I would like to believe that their service behind the leasing door is equally impressive. They are certainly worth a go!
