We can't say enough about the staff and facilities at Springbrooke. Having had experience with relatives and friends at other retirement villages in Colorado and elsewhere, Springbrooke is a revelation. The facilities and setup are awesome and residents have tons options for activities both at Springbrooke and around town. The location is perfect with grocery, medical facilities, restaurants, etc. nearby and it's a safe environment. Most important to us, the staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to engage with and look after residents. They have a nice hybrid "assisted" program where residents can stay in their independent apartments and receive additional services as needed without having to move to the assisted wing. We evaluated six other facilities and settled on Springbrooke and have no regrets.

I can't thank the resources at Nightingale Suites, part of the Springbrooke Retirement Campus. We were in a very difficult situation with my father being notified at the last minute that he would be released on Christmas day and still in need of 24 hour nurse care. Cindy H came to our rescue and helped us process paperwork quickly (I believe she was scheduled for vacation also!) and provided a calmed situation for us. Michelle came and visited at the rehab center to help with the transition and introduce herself. Maggie and Trish provided the calm my father needed for yet another change of facility and new resources. They have incorporated my father into the daily life at his new home. He normally does not participate in any activities but they have gotten him engaged with the daily activities. I can't thank these ladies enough for the help they have given our father and family in helping with this difficult transition.

The new executive director is a terrible, mean spirited person who does not care about a single employee but just working everyone like theyre machines. Imagine being a nurse before this and then acting like all of that is above you, being completely unreasonable and bitter to your employees that have given YEARS to this community. While youre criticizing everyone for how they are or are not doing their jobs, keep in mind whos spending every single second with a resident, whos taking care of the people that pay your salary. its not you. your caregivers, in all departments deserve to be treated better, like theyre actual professionals and you cannot walk over them. Shame on you. Look within for a second and maybe leave healthcare if nasty is your baseline.
