This is Nichole F, who has videos with her uniform at your office on her tiktok. I would be disgusted if I trusted my child with someone and then saw them behave like this on the internet later. Parents know their children best, and if a child acts out while their parent is in the room & you thinking they wouldnt act stupid if their parents left is probably correct, but as a dental hygienist not a psychologist you arent aware that the reason behind that is the child is to uncomfortable with strangers on top of their anxiety to act stupid. You shouldnt work with children if you dont understand children.

I've never been so impressed with a medical office. The team is so professional and after spending admittedly too much time neglecting my dental health, I have now made it a priority to have regular dental visits. So glad I found this gem! They are very clear about costs and knowledgeable about my insurance as well.

This was our first visit to Black Mountain Family Dentist. They were great. Very communicative and lots of friendly reminders about upcoming visits. The hygienist was thorough and nice. And the dentist was great. She explained everything well and my teeth feel super clean
