        After many experiences with Fidelity on both the buy /sell side of the contract I noted a disconnect between closer and client recently.My last experience on 08/20/2021 was the worst ever. What a humiliating experience. If you are okay with a substitute closer who you do not know, who never introduces themselves, cannot explain 1031 exchange questionnaire, and at the end of the meeting states” you are free to go” ( was I a hostage?) give them all your business. These folks suck. There are many choices out there , do some research. Carolyn Pierce
