        I am so upset and sad i didn't get anything at all what I asked for. I wanted light blonde and she gave me copper. I asked for my hair to get thinned out and she didn't thin out..She even left dye spots on my scalp. NOT WORTH THE $$$$. Now I have to go somewhere else to have fixed!! Trying this new spot was such a huge waste and ruined my hair!!!

        I absolutely love Julie, the owner! She is the sweetest soul, and does what you ask. I've been going to her for years and she always does the best job. I usually get highlights and a cut and she always leaves me so happy. 1000% would recommend.

      Hi Brandy,We did a discussion before the treatment. I told you I can’t lift up to light blonde if it’s not bleached. I will reach out to you and see if you can get back in and redo few highlights at my cost. You have long hair and I spendA lot of time.
