So disappointed in customer service a short haired short lady was very rude to me and my fiance. Needless to say we opened the top to a box she yelled and said for us not to that there moto is you open it you buy it. I said we were sorry and that we would just purchase the product we opened.( By the way it was concealed in a bag you had to use scissors to open. ) She replied with well it is the product you've been looking at the whole time. She did not have to be so rude. We were however looking at several products. She then stayed out on the floor and watched us as if we were going to steal something. If that's the kind of people who work at your store we will not go back..
