        HORRIBLE experience. The most disturbing part is a close family friend is related to the owners & my mother whom is the deceased personally knew the family. NEVER return calls, gave sooo much false or misinformation NO ONE ever communicates so no one knows whats really going on. I would NEVER use them nor recommend them, just horrible

        My mom passed in 2021 and since her passing the customer service with this funeral home has been horrible. Since the original owner passed away his workers/employees/family workers have been Unacceptable!! The main people who provided Horrible customer service is Mr. Cartwright, and Teresa Frazier,F046732. Who Never returned Any of my phone calls, emails, and fax outreaches!! Since the Original Owner passed the service is not even worth 1 star, because of these two people running it now!!
