  • High Tech Solutions

    Shows me a space and then says that a computer shop and cell phone store is not qualified to rent into a plaza or not the direction that they want to go to. A complete waste of time and resources should have told me from the start now I'm on a time then line to find a new location. This is to the reply they never once said that they had anyone else in fact I told them what my business was because you have to put it on application so that is a lie

    This company blatantly disregards safety concerns brought to their attention. The company president and property manager will belittle your occupancy safety concerns. I rented a unit that has sat vacant for 6 years. I was denied a final walkthrough prior to execution of the lease. Despite paying my full month's rent and deposit in advance, I did not receive the key until 5pm on the 3rd of the month by someone who does not even work for the company and who was unknown to me. I was given only one key, which opened only the front door, but the door did not even lock from the inside. The backdoor is broken, with an interior residential door knob and lock, and I was denied a key to this door. They had not even checked the air conditioning to be sure it was in working condition. There is a serious mold issue in the carpet and clearly water damage that was never even approached. I cleaned the entire weekend in the heat, as I was desperate to get the unit up and running. The front and back doors of their buildings are unsafe and noncompliant to basic commercial building codes, yet they expect you to pay for everything. I did not ask for one month's free rent. I did not ask for anything unreasonable. I simply asked for a commercial unit that was safe and compliant in order to pass basic occupancy inspection. I have spent more than $2k of my own money to make the unit simply compliant (clean for occupancy with usable, safe and legal door/lock fixtures). One month's "free rent" does not even begin to cover the loss of an entire month of generating revenue. I would have preferred a safe and compliant unit to work with from the start. Now I understand why they offered unsolicited "free rent" as they will use this against you as a reason why they are not responsible to keep their commercial building units up to code. Additionally, Donald Rosenthal is completely unprofessional and prefers to deflect responsibility as the property management company. I kindly tried to bring the issues to their attention, as an inspector told me the fine for EACH of my broken and noncompliant doors is upwards of $2k for each incident, and I can clearly see other backdoors of other units are noncompliant as well. I approached the management company out of concern for public safety and compliancy, but was met with opposition , disregard, and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend utilizing this company for your property management team. I am happy to share additional photos, video, and emails that include my experience thus far with HHH Management. Feel free to contact me. Safety regulations are in place for a reason, and they cannot and should not be ignored.
