I started here almost three years ago. This job has changed my life for the better. It has made more secure in not only my ability to grow personally but also financially. The owners truly care for every employee and business that they work with. They go above and beyond to keep them happy. I have grown from the bottom as a lead puller to a Junior Closer. There is room for growth in this company if you do the hard work necessary to get there. If you put it the work, financially it will show substantially.

If you're NOT Caucasian, DO NOT apply for a job with this company. A black male and myself were hired on December 6th and was let go on December 7th. The receptionist Kent called and left a message stating that there was a freeze on the hiring and that if we didn't have a job by January 2022, that we can call THEM BACK. As the receptionist was leaving the callback number, her phone disconnected and she never called back to finish giving the number. Only 1 African American works in the office. Nobody is friendly. I spoke and said good morning as everyone was entering the office and nobody said a word. They looked at me with a blank stare and kept walking. The trainer named Ron Weissman is so down to earth and is very knowledgeable. He's the ONLY one who makes you feel welcome. Don't quote me on this BUT I think that they only will hire an African American to make it look good for their company profile, but trust me, you won't remain an employee after your 1st day. I'm glad that I was let go because I can't work anywhere that I don't feel welcome because I can't/won't be productive and do my job to the BEST of my ability.
