I order my clear pots from their website because theyre a great value and great pots. After I placed my last order I received a call and they told me they didnt have the 4 pots I ordered but that they would ship them seperate when they had them in stock. That was three weeks ago. I was never notified of them shipping the pots out, nor did I receive any type of update or tracking number. I reached out to their email (after 3 weeks, I had literally forgot about them) to ask them where my pots were and when I would receive an update. I was given a tracking number in response stating that the package had been delivered 11 days ago on August 30th Yeah I never received my package. If I were to receive tracking info I would have known to look out for them but I had no idea. Theyre gone now, stolen. Super unfortunate because I love the pots but now I am out $$ with absolutely no help. Really disappointed. Will have to look elsewhere I guess. Waiting on a response to see whether they will ship me new ones or not not very hopeful. UPDATE: Received an email response saying it is not their fault (although they didnt tell me my order was shipped or provide tracking, what if I had been on vacation?) Was told that even if we provided tracking it wouldnt have changed the outcome which is just absolutely not true Really? This is the customer service I get. And then I am told I am hard to reach after I call and get no response and they attempt to call me once? Okay.
