        Hospitality professional here- I know a thing or two about customer service standards. Ive been here a few times. My overall experience with the reception staff- mostly rude, lack customer service skills and emotional maturity. One day I called to apologize that I was running late- the lady on the phone responded coldly hurry up. I laughed and said Ill get there when I get there. Poor customer service. The massage, however is good quality and what carries the experience. This part has value. If you can bear the bad attitude up front, youll get your moneys worth in massage quality. 2/5 for customer service 4/5 for massage quality 3/5 overall experience
