Wow! We interviewed several foundation repair companies to level our newly purchased but 1984 built ranch house. Armadillo's quote came complete with warranty (no others did) and John answered every question my engineer husband could throw at him. Weather delayed our original start date, but they were worth the wait. During our project there was more rain and freezing weather. The crew worked hard in difficult slippery muddy conditions. The day they finished I was able to lock the deadbolt on the utility room door for the first time! No door shimming required! They cleaned up all the mess and the concrete patches were well done. Reasonably priced and done right the first time. Throughout the job they kept us informed of progress and the next work date and job completion date.
