While I didn't purchase auto insurance from Becki, she provided me with great customer service and a lot of valuable information and she presented to me all of my options, even if the options wasn't her. I ultimately bundled my car insurance with a family member, which was suggested by Becki, but if I hadn't have done that, then I would have purchased auto insurance from her.

Don't waste your valuable time here. Better off looking elsewhere for coverage. Left a message with this woman asking her agency (whose closing time is listed as 5:00pm) to "please call me back after 4:30." She calls and leaves me a message - at 3:30 while I'm busy at work - then, when I return her call ASAP at exactly 4:17, she begins the conversation by insinuating that I'm a liar by claiming: "you never told me to call you after 4:30." (Ohhh kayy....) What kind of insurance agent starts a conversation with a customer like that ? What kind of agent then tries to lower your expectations by claiming they "aren't the cheapest"? What kind of insurance agent tells this same cold calling prospect they will email the application for THEM to fill out themselves, rather than helping the customer complete it? What insurance agent would do all of this? What kind of agent would be this demeaning and arrogant? THIS ONE - that's who! Apparently, she DOESN'T need my business- or yours! [With only five reviews here it's quite likely the others are friends or relatives. Maybe that's why she treated them better.]
