Bathing and grooming my babies (I'm a mother of 5 Yorkies) is a very serious matter for me. I looked for many places to take my babies, and I always had difficulty putting together a few reasons. We woof is the place where I leave my children and go out carefree and calm to do my things, knowing that they are safe and will receive hygiene care, care and affection. My babies are very fearful, and when I arrive to pick them up, there is no expression or any sign of stress experienced by them during bathing/grooming in my absence. They come to me wagging their tails, barking and happy. I need to say thank you Andrea (Manager/Owner) and Rosa (Experienced professional groomer) for the team they form, thank you to everyone on the team who transform a commercial location into a family, pleasant, happy environment, which makes them feel good to be with. A differential of We Woof that I really appreciate is that when the babies are finished, they are placed to wait for their parents at the reception in safe but open spaces, where they observe the movement and interact with everyone (team and customers) and this stimulates the feeling of protecting babies, they are always very happy in these little spaces, whenever I go to play with the children who are waiting for their parents. Another point I want to highlight, and this is something invaluable to me, pet mom/dad, if you have any observations regarding the work done at We Woof, talk, as this is the place where you will be heard, welcomed and will have feedback that will embrace your expectations.
