I called no less than 3 times and left a message requesting an appointment with Dr. Casper over a month ago. She was recommended to me and I'd heard great things. However, I don't know how to get a call back from the front desk.

Stop doing business with these money hungry capitalists. They mis-prescribed my diabetes meds and are telling me I have to pay for another visit for them to get it right. If Im under prescribed, thats the doctors failure to prescribe the correct dosage. They should just prescribe me the correct dosage without wanting to charge me another office fee to GET IT RIGHT the first time. Am I wrong? Does this sound just and right? This is why we need mass healthcare. To stop the PAY TO PLAY MEDICAL BILLING MONSTERS . I asked a very nice malpractice attorney and he stated theyre under investigation for this practice of more than 200 clients. To hell with this place.

Wait time with appt is at least 2 hours. They don't call in your Rx. Nothing but a rat race. Impossible to communicate with them. They won't give you refills without an appt. They only care about money. Done with this office. Since Dr. Casper left I followed her.

I've always been treated well. The staff are efficient and friendly. Dr. Casper is the best. Dr. Casper is the reason I go there.
