        My taxes became a little more complicated than in previous years, and a friend recommended Gustafson. We have used them the last couple of years and are happy with the service. I also recommended them to a coworker who was relocating here, and he is also very happy with their service.

        Lied to me about when taxes would be completed. Called them out on it and dismissed me as a client. Horrible people skills for diffusing and remedy of situation. I will go find another business

        Service is HORRIBLE!!! Completely lied about when taxes would be done promised to have them done by due date when they were turned in WELL before with WELL enough time ahead. Theres NO reason for that if youre filled up SAY THAT! Will not be coming back and the woman answering the phone has a BIG attitude problem!! Wouldnt give them my service if I were you!
