The pull out bed was broken and did not pull out at all. 2 of the 3 lamps were broken. All the dials on the kitchen range were broken or missing, the shower head was seized up on slow. In other words, the room was not what we paid for. We advised the front desk staff of all of the issues on our departure. Hopefully, the room will be repaired. The breakfast and the staff were nice.

Ok rooms, surface clean, a bit outdated, a few things in need of repair. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall, half a roll of tp, no spare around, a few cracked tiles, missing outlet cover, stained chairs, water pressure was very low.

Worst service. I overheard housekeeping saying they accident threw someone's Stanley cup in the trash, and the manager said, "So tell the guest we didn't find anything." Very dishonest, no responsibility. And everyone is friendly until you have an inconvenience and then they don't want to help.

I don't know if any of you seen my reviews. Very seldom do I give 5 Stars All The Way. But this location, this room, the service team was phenomenal! There is nothing that I needed or wanted they had it all there. With this level of service I will definitely be back. It was hot ! Loved it.
Rooms: Are sweet was very spacious,clean it had everything we needed and then some. We didn't need to ask for anything it was all there.
Nearby activities: We were there for a convention it was 6 minutes around the corner. There were so many places to eat and hang out it was amazing.
Safety: Well lit. Locked up after a certain time and security cameras all over the place
Walkability: You could walk to any place you want it it was so convenient everything was so close
Food & drinks: They have a wonderful for breakfast at 7:00 in the morning that was just amazing and they were so nice and friendly and accommodating and wanted to know if anything else we needed or wanted or they could get for us. Best ever and best staff ever.
Noteworthy details: I absolutely love their dining / lobby area. So comfortable and it's right off the pool The view was great.,
