Sleep Number

The service was aweful. Because we are young customers, the first thing the woman did when we walked through the door was try to shock us with a price tag (which we were already aware that of). She had no intrest in helping us and thought we were wasting her time. She then without discussing anything else asked us how our credit was. Awful experience. Will be buying a sleep number but not from this woman or location.

The only two people in your store are more important than your phone call. Believe I won't be stepping foot in here for awhile, first experience not the best.

Ask for Sean he went above and beyond to make me and my family were comfortable. If you need to ever buy a bed this would be the place to do so. I am a huge stickler for customer service and knowing the product if you sell it. He was very knowledgable about sleep number even knowing the fine details most people never ask. I have bought my fair share of beds and from now on this is the store and bed I will be purchasing and sending my friends and family to this store. You can't go wrong with Sean!

Called and left a message on the answer machine I was totally surprised that even though they closed at 9 o'clock... my call with your terms at 915 what's the most cordial lady. Excellent products, excellent service, excellent store to deal with.
