        Dropped off tv, explained what happened and gotta call back an hour later. Got the diagnosis and prognosis and a fair price with a 2 day pickup and ready. Super fair.

        We needed help assessing whether or not a TV worked or if it was something we were doing incorrectly. We wanted to make sure that we weren't missing something because I hate to waste electronics. Tom was able to fit us in next day and he is definitely an expert. He determined that the circuit board was no longer working and that to replace it would have cost more than purchasing new. So thanks to Tom we were confident in our decision to purchase a new TV and to recycle the old one. I highly recommend Tom, for his very reasonable service charge he allowed us to be confident in our decisions. Thanks Tom!
