I had a great experience and loved the convenience! It was very easy to schedule an appointment and James, the phlebotomist, came on time. He was very patient and friendly with me and talked with me throughout the process. Even though I have very small veins and I get nervous with blood draws, he kept me calm and was able to draw me on the first try. Thank you!

This company had a sweet deal with Carnival Cruise Lines during the Pandemic! They were in the port terminal performing mandatory Covid-19 testing of passengers prior to embarkation. They charged $100.00 for each person weather you showed up or not! We did not sail because we were exposed to Covid and they would not refund our money. BUT, did refund money to others in our party. Crazy and random refunds and very unprofessional communications. There were lots of scandals during the pandemic and I think they were part of it. Wonder how much they received from Carnival and or the Government. Ugh!

Talk about a horrible company. I worked for these guys for 3 years. They have horrible management, one of the worst managers I have ever worked for in 25 years works for this company, her name is Olive Walker. She is one of the worst people to ever be around, a horrible teacher, and an even worse manager. Very rude, uncultured and has zero accountability for her actions. She drives off all the new employees and the management there never does anything about it. If I could put Zero stars I would.
