I recently went to Inscape Beauty Salon to get a haircut and blowout and was very impressed by the service, professional, and work! My stylist was Milana. Before arriving, I was a little nervous as to what to expect however, once I got to the salon, everyone was very welcoming and comforting. I have curly hair and had no idea what to do but Milana gave me her suggestions and told me what she thinks would be best for my hair. She was very conversational the whole time and made me at ease. The end result was amazing!! I was so happy and felt so confident. All my friends and family LOVED my hair and gave me so many compliments. Thank you to Milana and Inscape!

Ive been coming to this salon for 2 years now and I get my hair done by Milana. Im very happy with the outcome every time. She never disappoints me. Its always consistent and really cares and provides great results. . I am her forever client. I feel great leaving salon every time.
She not only has passion for the hair she is also very compassionate!

Honestly the place its self is Beautiful . However my stylist * M not saying full name but I think you get it .When I walked in my stylist Does Not even Welcome me in or say hello or Greet me .. she just Looks at me kinda of confused and is sitting down ( body language ) wise doesn't even stand up ; to welcome me in just is sitting her body language is not welcoming .. when a customer walks on .. she just seemed very surprised I was there , but not in good type like lokey JUDGEMENTAL way rude way . So I had to proceed to go up to her myself and literally tell her hi myself , is this so and so Im here for a new customer consultation/ appointment . Im literally a New customer who comes to personally see YOU . I literally took some of my time called a week ago to secudule a consultation and appointment with you personally in good fate , Do they Not tell you this that a specific customer is coming at so in so time for a consultation/ appointment ? Idk if that was her intent but she came across as *Rude . I choose this particular stylist M lana cause of the really Good reviews and I really thought she was going to be a sweet heart , but I felt right way the energy was Very Off.. and felt rushed and like she literally Didnt really wanna do my hair and wasnt expecting me and was about to leave I even had to ask another coworker if everything was as ok and if I could maybe change stylist if she wasnt feeling ok but she said no thats just how she is so I proceeded , hoping for the best . The cut itself was ok.. not wow factor or super great it was just decent . The blowout I will say was very cool but haircut wise but customer service wise its a no for me . Considering the fact I did my research , as college student who works hard for her income and came rushing from Miami to not catch traffic a be on time and ready for appointment . . Keep in mind When I called they said starting price was $60 for a cut and $85 for a cut +blowout combo mind you my hair is not that long its mid length and i asked for a trim not cut , She charged me $$110 for a trim/ layers and blowout . ***In which I understand ok I guess is her pricing but what I didnt understand is why besides taxes and environmental fee . She is Aggressively forcing the Tip on me . I was SHOCKED never in million years has someone in a salon forced a tip on me without ** Me voluntarily giving them one . Theres this thing called Ettiquette . You dont ASK clients for tip your tip You suggest it , and if I customer truly want to give an additionally tip because they truly believe it was a good service. But literally . . It just says a lot . Like what ?? I just payed you $112 for a hair trim + blowout and payed the additional eviormental fee . Yet you still want more++ .. I had to invent an excuse because Im not a rude person. But honestly my overall experience I felt like I was being ^^SOLD more than treated like a person or welcomed at this salon . Its just sad when your expectations dont meet what you thought . I cant say anything about any other stylist because idk them they definitely seem much more welcoming but it was not a good experience at this salon for my first time , best of luck . New Feedback : I look forward for my next visit being better the Owner Marcia took the time of the day to call me afterwards to address situation and apologize even offered a Free haircut and blowout with another hairstylist which she really didnt have too do . Customer service mean a lot to me so I look forward to giving this place maybe a second shot thank you Marcia for being a good example of good Customer service I truly hope my new stylist is nice !
