Requested an estimate for yard drainage issues. I was initially told it was $50 to come out and later told it was $150. We really wanted to get the problem solved, so decided to pay the exorbitant fee of $150 in hopes of finally finding a viable and affordable solution. The estimator came out and visually looked at the yard for about 10 minutes and then sent me a hardly itemized quote for a very large sum of money (greater than four times the next closest quote/solution). I am only giving two stars because the estimator was personable and nice, but I recommend avoiding the company. They are not the only company to charge for estimates, but they provided by far the worst estimate (as far as detail and itemization) I have ever received, let alone paid to receive.
